Bihar does not have that infrastructure that you could check your D/L on line.
There are only few cities where in you could check details online. Here the answer is send somebody in person grom where you got made or use postal service with your self addressed envelop for early reply.
Another way is get in touch with surveyor of any insurance company and he will get your desired info @INR 200/-
